You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use lion08. Accounts belonging to underage users will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
Each individual may hold exactly one lion08 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any pending balances.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lion08 supports deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — subject to individual transaction limits.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms. Attempting to abuse bonus structures through fraudulent play patterns will result in the cancellation of bonuses and potential account suspension.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Indonesia, a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
lion08 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false, misleading, or incomplete information are subject to immediate suspension and closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. lion08 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to keep those credentials secure.
lion08 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All withdrawal requests above Rp 500.000, or at the sole discretion of lion08 for any withdrawal amount, require successful completion of KYC verification before funds are released.
The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–48 hours. lion08 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the return of funds to the original deposit source.
All deposits to your lion08 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made by third parties are strictly prohibited. lion08 accepts deposits via the following channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits are credited to your Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lion08 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your lion08 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed as follows:
lion08 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, lion08 will notify the User and may request further documentation.
lion08 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
General bonus terms applicable to all lion08 promotions include:
Abuse of Bonuses: Engaging in any activity designed to unfairly exploit promotional offers — including self-opposition betting, arbitrage strategies ("bonus hunting"), delayed or pre-arranged mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) settlement, or systematic exploitation of slot gacor (high-payout slot) bonus cycles — is strictly prohibited. lion08 reserves the right to void all winnings, cancel the relevant bonuses, and close the offending Account.
All betting and gaming activity on the lion08 Platform is governed by the specific rules of each game or event, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Users are required to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights, express or implied, are granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without lion08's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lion08, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
This includes (but is not limited to) any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or winnings, and any losses arising from system downtime, interruption of service, transmission errors, or third-party payment processing delays. Where, notwithstanding the above, lion08 is found liable to a User, such liability shall be limited to the lesser of the total amount deposited or withdrawn by that User within the relevant period.
lion08 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components; you agree that you use the Platform at your own risk.
Your use of the lion08 Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how lion08 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In the event of termination, lion08 will assess your Account balance. Where the Account is closed for causes attributable to the User (including bonus abuse or fraudulent activity), any remaining balance and winnings may be forfeited. Where the Account is closed for other reasons, lion08 shall return any remaining real-money balance to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable deductions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting lion08 support, subject to the settlement of any open bets and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
lion08 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly for any changes.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Material changes that materially and adversely affect your rights will be communicated by reasonable notice, and where required by applicable law, your consent will be obtained.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you should cease using the Platform immediately. Any pending wagering activity will be settled in accordance with the terms in force at the time of the relevant bet or game round.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Failing resolution within 30 calendar days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
Regardless of governing law, international arbitration may be applicable where the parties agree, with proceedings conducted in English in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
